Applications
are available on-line. They are also mailed to our existing roster of
players and delivered to the public and private elementary schools in Sioux
Falls, and to the elementary schools in Brandon, Tea, Harrisburg, and
West Central. Applications are also available at Lewis, and most
sporting goods stores in Sioux Falls. You may also pick one up at
our office.
U16
and U19 players must obtain a player card and provide us with a copy of
a certified birth certificate. Baptismal certificates are not

tournament. (Entry fee required.) |
